The protection of personal data is very important to us. Please read these Principles carefully, as they contain important information regarding both the handling of your personal data and the related rights and obligations.

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. What principles do we follow when handling personal data?
When handling personal data, we proceed in accordance with the legal system of the Czech Republic and directly applicable regulations of the European Union, especially with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as „Regulation“), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended.

1.2. What personal data do we process?
The extent of personal data processed varies depending on whether you register for our service as a simple user or as a partner (your profile is published in the database of partners) and whether you give us consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending newsletters. In the particular aforementioned cases, we thus process the following personal data:

We also process information obtained via cookies and log files, i.e. IP address (network identifier), information about the type of browser, device and operating system, the time and number of accesses to the web interface and other similar information, in order to ensure seamless access on the web interface and its comfortable use.

2. OBTAINING AND USING PERSONAL DATA

2.1. How do we obtain your personal data?
You provide us with your personal data during the registration on our web interface, within which your user account is set up. If there is any change in your personal data, please make the appropriate change in your user account, or please let us know directly.
When visiting and using the web interface, certain personal data may also be obtained and stored via cookies or log files. You can read more about cookies in Article 5 of these Principles.

2.2. On what basis and for what purposes do we process your personal data?
The personal data that you entered when creating your user account on the web interface in order to be able to use our services may be processed by us in relation with the provision of the service and for the purpose of enabling access, administration and management of your user account. The legal reason for this processing of personal data is the fulfilment of a contractual obligation (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation). It is therefore a kind of processing of personal data that is not linked to your consent as a data subject; without the provision of data, however, it is not possible to provide the service. We may process the personal data provided in this way also in justified cases in order to protect our rights and enforce our legal claims; the legal reason for such processing of data lies in our legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation) and is therefore not linked to your consent as data subject.
Your personal data which you provide us with as a partner and which are used to create your profile and publish it in the database of partners, are processed (and therefore published) by us on the basis of your explicit consent. The legal reason for this kind of processing thus lies in your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation).
We may process your personal data – specifically your name, surname and e-mail address – for the purpose of sending newsletters if you give us your consent to do so, by confirming it on the web interface. The legal reason for this kind of processing thus lies in your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation).
Finally, the processing of log files and the use of technically necessary cookies is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the web interface and the management of the user account. The legal reason for this kind of processing lies in our legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) (f)) and is therefore not linked to your consent as a data subject.

2.3. How long do we use the data?
Personal data provided in relation with the use of our services are processed by us for the period of services provision and for a period of 3 months after the termination of the services provision. After this period, personal data will be automatically deleted, unless there is another reason to keep them (especially the protection of our rights and the enforcement of our legal claims).
If you give us an explicit consent to the processing of personal data, your personal data will be processed for the period for which the consent was given. After this period, or after revoking the consent, personal data will no longer be processed for the given purpose. However, we will keep the consent itself for a period of three years from the last processing of personal data, after which the consent will be automatically deleted, unless there is another reason to keep it (especially the protection of our rights and enforcement of our legal claims).
We set the processing time for log files to 1 month. After this time, the entire log file, including any personal data, will be automatically deleted.

3. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
If we process your personal data solely on the basis of your consent (i.e. without any other legal reason), you can revoke this consent at any time.
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data is possible at any time, namely:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent to the processing.

3.2. The right to access your personal data
You have the right to ask us for information on whether we process your personal data. If we do process your data, you have the right to access this personal data and in particular to obtain the following information:

Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of the processed data. For additional copies, we may charge you an administrative fee that shall not exceed the cost of making and delivering such additional copies.

3.3. The right to correct you personal data
If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request immediate correction, i.e. correction of inaccurate data and / or completion of incomplete data.

3.4. The right to object to the processing
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time if we process the data for the purposes of direct marketing, including any automated processing of personal data. Following your objection to the processing, we will stop processing your personal data for these purposes.

3.5. The right to have your personal data deleted ("the right to be forgotten")
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data if:

Unless there are legal grounds for refusing to delete your personal data, we are obliged to comply with your request.

3.6. The right to restrict the processing of your personal data
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if:

If the processing is restricted, we are only entitled to store your personal data; further processing is possible only with your consent or for legal reasons.
If the processing of personal data is restricted due to an objection to the processing, the restriction lasts for the time necessary to determine whether we are obliged to comply with your objection.
If the processing of personal data is restricted due to a denial of data accuracy, the restriction lasts for the period necessary for the verification of the data accuracy.

3.7. The right to data portability
You have the right to obtain any personal data, that you provided us with, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another personal data controller.

3.8. How can you exercise your rights?
You can exercise your rights related to personal data via our contact details. All information and actions will be provided to you without undue delay.
We will do our best to protect your personal data. However, if you are not satisfied with our proceedings, you have the right to contact the relevant authorities, especially the Office for Personal Data Protection (http://www.uoou.cz), which supervises the protection of personal data. This provision does not affect your right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly with your complaint.
In particular, if your residence, place of employment or place of the alleged breach of personal data protection is located outside the Czech Republic in another member state of the European Union, you can contact the relevant supervisory authority in that member state.

4. CONTROLLING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. Who processes your personal data?
Within the meaning of the Regulation, we are the controller of personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred to other recipients or processors. However, if you have registered as a partner, your personal data will be made available to other partners in relation with the publication of your profile in the database of partners.
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, except for personal data of partners that may be made available to other partners originating from countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Your personal data will not be transferred to an international organization.

4.2. How do we process personal data?
Personal data and other collected data are fully secured against misuse. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner. Automated decision-making and profiling will not be used during the personal data processing.

5. COOKIES

5.1. What are cookies?
Cookies are text files which are stored on the computer or other electronic device of each visitor to a web interface and which enable the functioning of the web interface.
Not all cookies collect personal information; some only allow the web interface to work properly. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your internet browser.
Please note that if you refuse to use cookies, it is possible that you will not be able to take full advantage of all the functions of the web interface.

5.2. What cookies does the web interface use and for what purpose?
The web interface uses only technically necessary cookies which the users need to log in to their user accounts.

5.3. How to set up and possibly reject the processing of cookies?
Instructions on how to properly set up and manage the processing of cookies in your internet browser can be found here:

These Principles are valid and effective as of the 1st June 2021.
